  1. Exchange & Return 

1.Purchased Stock can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, of the same value. Items purchased from Shop-Some online store will only be entertained.

2.All online paid products will be delivered within three working days and can replace easily without any hazard if customer face any issue in the product.

3.Product can be returned within 3 working days of order received of the same value. Items go on sale, shall not be returned. 

4.The costs of shipping of Returns is borne by the company, while the cost of shipping of exchange is borne by the customer.

5.Exchange policy is not valid on promotional and/or discounted items.

Exchange is only possible on the availability of the original receipt and barcode tag. Items found to be worn, shrunk, or damaged will not be exchanged.

6.Fragile Items damaging in Courier Transit can only be exchanged or refund if Customer

7.Defective or broken products are exchanged/refunded within 2 days of order received. Kindly check thoroughly while purchasing/order received.

There is no cash refund policy.

  1. Refund

Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment. If the item is gone onto sale, the amount after the discount will be reimbursed.

A promotional code or discount

Exchange the item for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can't be transferred.)

Notes

Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
